Outsole - place boot against the wall and measure from the wall to the toe tip
Ball of Foot - measure the widest part of the bottom of the outsole
Heel - stand boot on the floor and measure from floor to top of the sole at the back of the boot
Height - measure at the side of the boot, starting at top of sole, at the arch of the foot

Pre-owned condition with worn and distressed patina and use-related wear to heels
