Adorable vintage hand crochet short sleeve cardigan sweater top with delicate satin tie waist

There are buttons up the front but no actual button holes other than open weave of the crochet.

Photographed on a size 2/4 dress form and seems to fit a modern XXS/XS. Please use measurements to ensure a proper fit.

Measurements (closed, un-stretched & laying flat):
Pit-to-pit: 15-1/2"
Top of shoulder-to-hem: 20"

Good vintage condition with very minimal wear. There are a few very tiny and faint marks in the weave but they are quite hard to see unless you really inspect. Please see last photo for example.
