Seems to fit in the ballpark of a modern S depending on how you want it to drape. Photographed on a size 2/4 dress form with a bit of room to spare. This piece is a bit tricky to measure due to it's cut. The waist area is about 19-1/2" across (laying flat). Length from top of shoulder-to-hem is 37-1/2"
