Lovely antique serape Saltillo blanket throw with the desirable and intricate triple layer of fringe produced in the 30s/40s era. The blanket is still very bright and colorful in primary shades of greens, reds, yellows, oranges and blues.

Fair vintage condition with age-related wear including tiny holes, soiling to part of the fringe, small stains/color bleed and one 1/4" area that has been mended. Nothing out-of-ordinary for a nearly century old textile but not perfect either. I have dry cleaned so the stains are probably permanent.
As the fringe is delicate and long, it is tangled in places. I know a lot of people finish off the ends of these old textiles but I have left it alone since it is so sought after.
