Flexible styling and could be sewn onto a winter coat or Not front closure but could be easily added if you wanted it secured

Measures 37” long and approx. 7” at widest point. Just for reference, photos were taken on a ladies 2/4 dress form.

Good vintage condition with one small area where the lining stitching has come out (see last photo)
